Zolasta 4 mg Injection is used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and also in men and women who are on corticosteroid therapy. This medicine brings down high levels of calcium in the blood that may be caused by some cancers. It is used to treat Paget's disease of bone, a condition in which the bones are weak, thin, deformed, and easily fractured. In cancer therapy, this medicine can be used to prevent or treat bone damage caused by cancer cells.
