Side Effects:

1. Common Side Effects:
   • Headache
   • Nausea
   • Fever

2. Serious Side Effects:
   • Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing)
   • Development of inhibitors (antibodies that reduce treatment efficacy)
   • Blood clots (very rare)
