  • Ear infections (otitis media)
  • Throat infections (e.g., tonsillitis, pharyngitis)

Side Effects:

  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Stomach pain
  • Headache
  • Rash or itching (allergic reaction)
  • Rare: severe diarrhea due to Clostridioides difficile

Precautions:
