Used For:
- Valmo 5/80 mg Tablets contain a combination of two active ingredients: valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide. This medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
- Valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels by blocking the action of a hormone that constricts them.
- Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps reduce fluid retention and lower blood pressure by increasing urine output.
Side Effects:
- Common side effects may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea or diarrhea.
