Used For:

• Overactive Bladder (OAB): Solifenacin is primarily used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, such as frequent urination, urgency, and urge incontinence (leaking of urine). It helps reduce the need to urinate frequently and helps control bladder spasms.

Side Effects:

• Common Side Effects: Dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, headache, dizziness, and abdominal pain.
• Less Common: Nausea, fatigue, urinary retention (difficulty emptying the bladder), and indigestion.
• Serious Side Effects: Rarely, it can cause confusion, hallucinations, severe allergic reactions (such as rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing), and signs of urinary retention.
