  • Not for minor burns or superficial wounds

Side Effect:

  • Temporary skin discoloration

  • Burning/stinging on application

  • Blood cell abnormalities (with large areas)

  • Not for pregnant women near term

Precautions:

  • Apply only to clean wounds

  • Use sterile application technique

  • Monitor for leukopenia

  • Not for children <2 months
