Used For:

1. Primary Indications:
   • Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM):
     • Newly diagnosed cases, in combination with radiotherapy.
   • Anaplastic Astrocytoma:
     • Recurrent or refractory cases.
2. Off-Label Uses:
   • Other high-grade gliomas or rare malignancies, as determined by a healthcare provider.

Side Effects:

1. Common Side Effects:
   • Gastrointestinal Issues: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, or loss of appetite.
   • Hematological Effects:
     • Low white blood cell count (neutropenia).
     • Anemia or thrombocytopenia (low platelet count).
   • Fatigue or general weakness.
   • Headache.
   • Hair thinning or loss.
2. Serious Side Effects:
   • Infections: Increased risk due to immunosuppression.
   • Severe myelosuppression (bone marrow suppression).
   • Rare but serious liver toxicity.
   • Allergic reactions (rash, difficulty breathing).

Precautions:

1. Monitoring:
