Dosulepin Hydrochloride, also known as dothiepin, is primarily used to treat depression and anxiety. It belongs to the tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) class and can also help improve mood, reduce tension, and address sleep disturbances associated with depressive conditions.
Side Effects:
