Used For:

  1. Non-Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (nmCRPC):
    • For patients whose prostate cancer has not spread to other parts of the body but continues to grow despite low testosterone levels.
  2. Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC):
    • For patients whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body but still responds to therapies that lower testosterone.

Side Effects:

  1. Common Side Effects:

    • Fatigue
    • Hot flashes
    • Joint or muscle pain
    • Skin rash (may require medical attention if severe)
    • Decreased appetite
    • Weight loss
    • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  2. Serious Side Effects:
