Used for

• Major Depressive Disorder (MDD): Helps improve mood, energy, and motivation.
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Reduces compulsive behaviors and intrusive thoughts.
• Panic Disorder: Helps prevent panic attacks.
• Bulimia Nervosa: Helps in reducing binge-eating and purging behaviors.
• Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD): Reduces mood swings, irritability, and other symptoms.

Side Effects

• Common: Nausea, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, sweating, trouble sleeping.
• Less Common: Weight loss or gain, sexual dysfunction (low libido, delayed ejaculation).
• Serious (Rare):
