  • Reduces itching, redness, and swelling

  • Manages lichen planus, discoid lupus

Side Effects:

  • Common: Skin thinning, burning, dryness

  • Serious: Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression (with prolonged use)

  • Rare: Folliculitis, hypertrichosis

Precautions:

  • Avoid on face, groin, or axillae (high absorption risk)

  • Do not use under occlusion (increases systemic absorption)

  • Limit use to 2 weeks unless directed by a doctor
