Used For:

Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat conditions caused by excess stomach acid, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It works by blocking the proton pumps in the stomach lining, reducing acid production and alleviating symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.
