Used For:

  • Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Lisinopril helps to lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney issues.

Side Effects:

  • Common Side Effects: These include dizziness, headache, fatigue, dry cough, and elevated blood potassium levels.
  • Serious Side Effects: Rarely, lisinopril may cause severe allergic reactions (angioedema) with swelling of the face, lips, or throat, as well as kidney dysfunction or very low blood pressure (hypotension).

Precaution:
