Used for

• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): Helps reduce excessive worry and nervousness.
• Panic Disorder: Used for sudden panic attacks and intense fear episodes.
• Insomnia (Short-Term Use): Helps with sleep disturbances caused by anxiety.

Side Effects

• Common: Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue.
• Less Common: Memory issues, lack of coordination, confusion, irritability.
• Serious (Rare):
  • Dependence & Withdrawal (If used long-term or stopped suddenly).
  • Respiratory Depression (Especially in high doses or when combined with alcohol).
  • Mood Changes (Depression, suicidal thoughts in rare cases).

Precautions
