Metformin HCl + Sitagliptin Phosphate

This combination contains:

• Metformin HCl – A biguanide that lowers blood sugar by reducing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.
• Sitagliptin Phosphate – A DPP-4 inhibitor that helps increase insulin secretion and lower post-meal glucose levels.

It is commonly prescribed for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) to improve blood sugar control when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.
