Used For:

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): Reduces pain and fever.

• Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate (Opioid): Provides stronger pain relief by acting on the central nervous system.

• Caffeine: Enhances the effect of paracetamol and helps improve alertness.

Side Effects:

• Common:
