Used For:

• Organ Transplant Rejection Prevention – Used with other immunosuppressants (e.g., tacrolimus, cyclosporine) to prevent kidney, liver, or heart transplant rejection.
• Autoimmune Diseases (Off-label use) – Treats conditions like lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and vasculitis.

Side Effects:

• Common Side Effects:

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
