Side Effects:

• Common:

  • Nausea, diarrhea
  • Headache, dizziness
  • Mild stomach pain

• Serious (Less Common):

  • Tendon Rupture (Achilles, shoulder, etc.) – More common in elderly patients
  • Heart Issues (QT prolongation) – Can cause irregular heartbeat
  • Nerve Damage (Peripheral Neuropathy) – Tingling, numbness
  • Severe Allergic Reactions – Rash, swelling, breathing difficulty
