Before using Maxolon 10 mg, consider the following precautions:

  • Neurological Disorders: Individuals with a history of movement disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease, should use metoclopramide cautiously as it may worsen symptoms.
  • Depression: Metoclopramide may worsen depression or cause suicidal thoughts in some individuals. If you have a history of depression, notify your healthcare provider before starting the medication.
  • Kidney or Liver Disease: If you have kidney or liver problems, dosage adjustments may be necessary, and your doctor may want to monitor your condition closely.
  • Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Maxolon is generally considered safe during pregnancy for managing nausea, but it should only be used under a doctor’s guidance. It can pass into breast milk, so consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
