    • Difficulty in starting urination

  • Headache: Some individuals may experience mild to moderate headaches.
  • Ejaculation Problems: Retrograde ejaculation (semen entering the bladder) or decreased semen during ejaculation.
  • Weakness or Fatigue: Feeling unusually tired or weak.
  • Runny or Stuffy Nose (Rhinitis): Nasal congestion or cold-like symptoms.

Precautions

Before using Maxflow, consider the following precautions:

  • Hypotension: Use with caution in patients with a history of low blood pressure or those taking medications that lower blood pressure.
  • Cataract Surgery: Inform your eye surgeon if you are taking Tamsulosin, as it can cause complications during cataract surgery (known as intraoperative floppy iris syndrome).
  • Severe Kidney or Liver Disease: Caution is advised in patients with significant kidney or liver dysfunction.
  • Drug Interactions: Inform your healthcare provider about all medications being taken, especially those that affect blood pressure or erectile dysfunction drugs, as they can increase the risk of hypotension.
  • Allergies: Ensure there are no known allergies to Tamsulosin or related medications.

Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice, especially for patients with other health conditions or taking other medications.
