Used For:

• Multiple Myeloma: Lenalidomide is used to treat multiple myeloma, a type of cancer that affects plasma cells in the bone marrow.
• Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS): For the treatment of certain types of MDS, particularly those with a deletion of chromosome 5q (5q- syndrome).
• Mantle Cell Lymphoma: For the treatment of relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.

Side Effects:

• Fatigue: General feeling of tiredness or weakness.
• Nausea and Vomiting: Common gastrointestinal symptoms.
• Diarrhea: Gastrointestinal upset including diarrhea.
• Constipation: Difficulty in passing stools or infrequent bowel movements.
• Rash: Skin reactions such as rash or itching.
