Used For:

• Breast Cancer: Kisqali, also known as Ribociclib, is used to treat hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in postmenopausal women or men. It is typically used in combination with an aromatase inhibitor or, in some cases, with a fulvestrant, for:
  • Metastatic Breast Cancer: Cancer that has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body.
  • Early Breast Cancer: In combination with an aromatase inhibitor, Kisqali may also be used in the adjuvant setting (after initial treatment to reduce the risk of recurrence).

Side Effects:

• Neutropenia: Low levels of white blood cells, which can increase the risk of infections.
• Diarrhea: Gastrointestinal upset including diarrhea.
