Used For

Note: It does not give instant relief during an active heart attack — it works for prevention, not emergency use.

 Side Effects

Common & usually mild:

  • Headache (very common)

  • Dizziness or lightheadedness

  • Low blood pressure

  • Nausea

  • Weakness or tiredness

  • Flushing (warmth on face)

Serious (rare):

  • Very low blood pressure

  • Fainting

  • Fast heartbeat

If severe symptoms occur → seek medical help immediately.

 Precautions

  • Do NOT take with Viagra, Cialis, or other sexual-enhancement medicines (dangerous drop in blood pressure)

  • Avoid alcohol (increases dizziness)

  • Stand up slowly to avoid fainting
