• Acts as a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA)

• Maintenance treatment of COPD and sometimes asthma (with ICS)

• Long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA) – bronchodilator

• Relieves airway constriction and improves airflow

• Used once daily for long-term control

• Often combined with LAMA (like Glycopyrronium)
