Precautions:
- Skin Sensitivity: Conduct a patch test before using the cream to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction. Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours.

- Use in Pregnancy: Consult a doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- Use in Breastfeeding: It is not known if hydroquinone passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
- Avoid Sensitive Areas: Do not apply the cream to broken or irritated skin or to areas around the eyes and mouth.
- Long-Term Use: Prolonged use can lead to ochronosis, a blue-black darkening of the skin. Use the cream only for the duration prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Other Medications and Products: Inform your doctor of any other medications or skincare products you are using, as they can interact with hydroquinone.
- Discontinue Use if Severe Reaction Occurs: If you experience severe irritation or allergic reactions, stop using the cream and seek medical advice immediately.
Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider or the product's label, and do not use it for longer than prescribed.
