Used For:

  • Management of neuropathic pain, including conditions such as diabetic neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia.
  • Treatment of epilepsy as an adjunct therapy for certain types of seizures.
  • May also be used to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and improve sleep quality.

Side Effects:

  • Dizziness or drowsiness.
  • Fatigue or lethargy.
  • Nausea or vomiting.
  • Rarely, may cause allergic reactions, such as rash or swelling.

Precautions:

  • Avoid use if allergic to gabapentin or any of the ingredients.
  • Consult your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease, depression, or substance abuse.
  • Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and only under medical supervision.
