Used For:
Fluka contains fluconazole, an antifungal medication primarily used to treat various fungal infections. It is effective against infections such as candidiasis (thrush) in the mouth or throat, vaginal yeast infections, and certain systemic fungal infections. It may also be used for the prophylaxis of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.
Side Effects:
- Nausea or vomiting.
- Abdominal pain or discomfort.
- Diarrhea.
- Headache.
- Dizziness.
- Rarely, liver enzyme elevation or allergic reactions may occur.
Precautions:
- Use as directed by a healthcare provider; do not exceed the prescribed dose.
