Used for

Ferticlo 50mg contains Clomiphene Citrate, a medication used for:

• Inducing ovulation in women with infertility due to ovulatory disorders (e.g., PCOS).
• Treating irregular menstrual cycles caused by hormonal imbalances.
• Increasing the chances of pregnancy in women struggling with conception.
• Male infertility (off-label use) to improve sperm production in some cases.

Side Effects

Common side effects include:

• Hot flashes (warmth, redness in the face)
• Headache & dizziness
• Nausea & bloating
• Breast tenderness
• Mood swings & irritability

Less common but serious side effects:

• Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) – Symptoms include severe bloating, pelvic pain, and shortness of breath.
• Blurred vision or visual disturbances – Requires medical attention.
• Multiple pregnancies (twins or triplets) – Increased risk with Clomiphene use.
