Used For:

Famot 40mg tablets contain famotidine, an H2 receptor antagonist used to reduce stomach acid production. It is primarily used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, heartburn, and other conditions caused by excessive stomach acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
