 Exforge 5/80mg tablets are a combination medication used to manage high blood pressure (). It contains two active ingredients:

  • Valsartan (80 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels by blocking the action of a natural substance that constricts blood vessels.
