Used For:

Emess Capsules 40mg contain Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat conditions caused by excess stomach acid, including:

  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Peptic ulcers
  • Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
  • Erosive esophagitis
  • Acid indigestion and heartburn

Omeprazole works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, providing relief from acid-related symptoms and promoting healing in conditions where the stomach lining is damaged by acid.

Side Effects:
