Used For:
Eltrombopag is used to treat low blood platelet counts (thrombocytopenia) in conditions such as chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), severe aplastic anemia, and thrombocytopenia associated with hepatitis C infection. It stimulates platelet production in the bone marrow.
Side Effects:
