Used For:

  • Ear Infections: The combination of ciprofloxacin (an antibiotic) and dexamethasone (a corticosteroid) is commonly used to treat:
    • Acute otitis externa (swimmer's ear).
    • Acute otitis media with tympanostomy tubes in children.
  • Dual Action: Ciprofloxacin fights bacterial infections, while dexamethasone reduces inflammation, redness, and swelling.

Side Effects:
