Used For:
- Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Coversyl Plus is prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure, helping to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.
- Perindopril works by inhibiting the ACE enzyme, reducing the production of angiotensin II, a substance that constricts blood vessels. This leads to the dilation of blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and decreasing the strain on the heart.
- Indapamide helps lower blood pressure by increasing the excretion of sodium and water through urine, reducing blood volume and pressure on the blood vessels.
