Comox Eye Drops typically contain Moxifloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis (pink eye) and keratitis. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, helping to alleviate symptoms like redness, swelling, and discharge.

Side Effects:

  • Temporary eye irritation (burning, stinging, or discomfort)
