Comin Injection 500 mcg contains Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) and is primarily used to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like pernicious anemia, megaloblastic anemia, and neurological disorders caused by B12 deficiency. It can also support nerve health and be used in patients with malabsorption issues or after gastrointestinal surgeries.
