Used For:

  • Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Co-Renitec is primarily used to treat high blood pressure, helping to lower the risk of complications such as stroke and heart attack.
  • Heart Failure: It may also be prescribed for patients with heart failure to help manage symptoms and improve heart function.
  • Enalapril works by inhibiting the ACE enzyme, which is involved in the production of angiotensin II. This leads to relaxation of blood vessels, reduced blood pressure, and decreased workload on the heart.
