Used For:

• Acefylline Piperazine: Primarily used as a bronchodilator, it helps to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by relaxing and opening the airways.
• Diphenhydramine: An antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as itching, runny nose, sneezing, and to treat motion sickness, nausea, and sometimes as a mild sedative.

Side Effects:

• Acefylline Piperazine:
  • Nausea, vomiting, and stomach upset
  • Headache and dizziness
  • Restlessness or irritability
  • Tachycardia (increased heart rate)
• Diphenhydramine:
  • Drowsiness and sedation (most common)
  • Dry mouth, nose, or throat

Precautions:
