Used For:

  • Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Cardura (Doxazosin) is an alpha-blocker that works by relaxing the blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow, thereby lowering blood pressure.
  • Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): In men with enlarged prostates, Cardura helps relax the muscles in the bladder and prostate, making it easier to urinate and relieving symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty starting urine flow and frequent urination.
