Used For:

• Buzon Tablets are commonly used to manage symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), such as heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. The active ingredient, Esomeprazole, is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Side Effects:

• Common side effects may include headache, diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, constipation, and dry mouth.
• Less common side effects can include dizziness, gas, and bloating.
• Rare but serious side effects may involve severe allergic reactions (rash, itching/swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing), kidney problems, and low magnesium levels in the blood (hypomagnesemia).

Precautions:

• Consult your doctor before using Buzon if you have a history of liver disease, low magnesium levels, or osteoporosis, or if you are taking other medications that affect stomach acid or have potential interactions with Esomeprazole.

• Long-term use of Buzon may increase the risk of bone fractures, especially in older adults. Ensure adequate calcium and vitamin D intake.
