Product Description

Product Name: Brimo-T Eye Drops 5ml

Product Form: Drops

Pack Size: 5ml

Manufactured By: Atco Laboratories

Used For:

  • Glaucoma and Ocular Hypertension: Brimo-T eye drops contain two active ingredients—Brimonidine (0.2%) and Timolol (0.5%). They are used to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, lowering the risk of optic nerve damage and potential vision loss.
  • Combination Therapy: This combination of brimonidine and timolol works by reducing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye) and increasing its outflow, effectively reducing eye pressure.

    • Blurred vision
    • Dry eyes
    • Fatigue or drowsiness
    • Headache

  • Heart or Lung Conditions: Timolol, a beta-blocker, can cause breathing difficulties or worsen conditions such as asthma or COPD. It can also affect heart rate, so it's essential to consult your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, irregular heartbeat, or lung conditions.
  • Avoid Driving or Operating Machinery: Brimo-T may cause blurred vision or dizziness. Avoid tasks that require clear vision or alertness until the effects wear off.
  • Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before using Brimo-T if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as it may affect your baby.
  • Drug Interactions: Inform your doctor if you are using other medications, especially beta-blockers, blood pressure medications, or other eye drops, as they may interact with Brimo-T.
