Used For:

Ainis Tablets 100mg is indicated for:

  1. Osteoarthritis: To relieve pain and inflammation in patients with osteoarthritis.
  2. Rheumatoid Arthritis: Helps manage the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, such as joint pain, stiffness, and swelling.
  3. Ankylosing Spondylitis: Used to reduce pain and inflammation associated with ankylosing spondylitis.
  4. Other Painful Conditions: May be used in other inflammatory or musculoskeletal disorders, such as lower back pain or dental pain.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Indigestion (dyspepsia)
  • Abdominal pain

Less common but serious side effects may include:

  • Gastrointestinal Bleeding or Ulceration: Long-term use of NSAIDs can lead to stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.

  2. Kidney and Liver Function: Regular monitoring is recommended for patients with kidney or liver issues, as NSAIDs can worsen these conditions.
  3. Heart Disease: Aceclofenac should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, as long-term use may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
  4. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Aceclofenac is not recommended during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, as it may harm the fetus. Consult a healthcare provider before use during breastfeeding.
  5. Drug Interactions: Aceclofenac can interact with other medications, including anticoagulants (blood thinners), diuretics, and other NSAIDs, so inform your healthcare provider about all medications you are taking.
