Used For:

Aerius 10mg tablets contain Desloratadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of:

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal and year-round allergies), including:
  • Sneezing
  • Runny or itchy nose
  • Watery or itchy eyes
  • Throat irritation
• Urticaria (hives) – reduces itching and skin rashes.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Headache
• Dry mouth
• Fatigue or drowsiness (rare due to its non-sedating formula)
• Nausea

Rare but serious side effects:

• Rapid heartbeat (tachycardia)
• Severe allergic reactions (swelling of the face, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing)
