Used For

Metomide 10mg tablets are used for:

  • Nausea and Vomiting: To prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy.
  • Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Helps relieve symptoms by increasing the speed of stomach emptying and reducing acid reflux.
  • Gastroparesis: Used in diabetic patients with delayed stomach emptying to relieve symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and fullness.
  • Migraine: Sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat nausea and vomiting associated with migraines.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Metomide Tablets may include:
