Used For:

  • Paracetamol: Mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, muscle pain, menstrual cramps) and fever reduction.

  • Tramadol: Moderate to moderately severe pain, often used when pain is not relieved by milder painkillers.

Side Effects:

  • Paracetamol: Rare allergic reactions, nausea, liver damage in overdose.

  • Tramadol: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, rare seizures, risk of dependence.

Precautions:
