Used For:

• Assisted reproductive technology (ART), including in vitro fertilization (IVF)
• Stimulation of ovarian follicular development in women with anovulation or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
• Treatment of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in women with low FSH levels or pituitary dysfunction
• In some cases, it may also be used in men with low sperm counts as part of a fertility treatment plan.

Side Effects:

• Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) (characterized by swollen, painful ovaries)
