Patients of renal (kidney) impairment, hepatic (liver) impairment, intravascular volume depletion, renal artery stenosis (narrowing), kidney transplantation, primary aldosteronism (hormonal disorder that leads to high blood pressure), severe heart failure, aortic stenosis (narrowing), arrhythmias (abnormal rate and rhythm of heartbeat), cardiomyopathy (heart muscle weakness), and with a history of angioedema (severe swelling under skin surface) should stay cautious.
